A KOROOP farm house has been totally destroyed in a fierce blaze.
The Holdstock Road house was totally engulfed when the first of five fire brigade tanker crews and two pumper crew responded shortly after 8.30pm on Tuesday.
Fire crews from Kerang, Koondrook, Cohuna and Leitchville attended the fire.
The occupant of the house was located at another property.
All that was left was a pile of rubble.
Fire investigators will inspect the scene on Wednesday.
* One tanker was released from the scene shortly after 9pm when a grass fire was reported beside the Boort-Kerang Road near Dingwall. It is believed that it resulted from a burn-off flaring.
