THE Road Boss Rally rolled into Quambatook last Tuesday, bringing clothes and food vouchers for district people in need.
Under rain and strong winds, 60 uniquely stylised cars arrived at the caravan park, packed with donations for disadvantaged folk.
"We got in touch with local churches and schools to talk about what is needed in Quambatook, and in response to them we bought food vouchers and underwear," GIVIT chief executive officer, Juliet Wright said.
"We want to help the people doing it tough in this area."
This is the third year GIVIT has joined the Road Boss Rally to investigate what remote communities lack in terms of resources and supplies.
