IT is two years since local resident, Amy Treacy introduced Parkrun to Cohuna.
Anniversary number two was marked in Garden Park with a tutu theme and many runners and walkers, both male and female, donned the ballet dancing attire for the occasion.
Parkrun events are held around Australia and across the world every Saturday.
There are now 582 district registered park-runners and walkers, 369 from Cohuna, 71 from Kerang and 26 from Leitchville.
There were 65 runners and walkers at the Cohuna launch and the record for one day is 82.
Among the participants on Sunday were visitors from Torquay and Donvale.
"It's fantastic to see people still turning up," Mrs Treacy said.
