GANNAWARRA Shire Council has heeded the Quambatook community's plead to delay a decision on the future of three residential units in the town.

The council has proposed the sale of the units at 9-11 Guthrie Street.

The council at its ordinary monthly meeting last week voted to defer a decision on the council-owned asset until May next year.
