REAL estate agency Charles L. King & Co Cohuna & Barham has been recognised for their "outstanding achievement" among other Victorian and Tasmanian real estate agencies at the First National's General Excellence and Marketing Awards.

The award ceremony, on Saturday 16 March at Grand Hyatt Melbourne, was attended by agencies from across the agency's network.
