CALDER United held onto their second place spot on Saturday defeating top four side Boort by a comfortable 56 points at Boort Park.

The 9.10 (64) to 18.12 (120) score provides some breathing ground for the Lions, as they now sit one game clear from Sea Lake Nandaly and Boort who are both tied on 32 points.
