CHILDREN and families are being reminded this week of the importance of oral health as part of Northern District Community Health's (NDCH) Smiles 4 Miles program.

NDCH will be visiting local kindergartens to deliver free oral health packs and promote the importance of healthy eating, drinking, daily toothbrushing and regular dental visits.
