KERANG's Beauty Dust salon reopened in Kerang on Thursday after a six-week closure -- the second this year caused by stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions.

Rani Tuohey, who had missed an appointment or two, was glad to be back for an eyebrow wax and tinting on Friday.
