MAYORS and chief executives of 14 councils along the Murray, including Gannawarra Shire, have joined forces in a call for NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian and Health Minister Brad Hazzard to amend last week's border order and allow more workers and business owners to travel directly to their workplaces and back to their homes each day.

Gannawarra Mayor Cr Lorraine Learmonth said the request to the NSW Government was simply to let border community workers do their jobs.
