THE development of an acoustic fence constructed of shipping containers at the Kangaroo Lake Caravan Park at Mystic Park "doesn't pass the pub test", according to Gannawarra Shire councillors.

The council voted 6-1 against granting a permit, as per the recommendation, for the 7.8 metre structure at 2625 Murray Valley Highway.
