PREPARATIONS are well underway for Cohuna's 150th birthday celebrations, to be held over the Melbourne Cup weekend from Friday, October 31 to Sunday, November 2.

A number of events celebrating the best of Cohuna are planned over the three days, kicking off with a wine and cheese night at Memorial Hall on the Friday night.
