THE controversial legislation which sent droves of farmers to protest on the steps of parliament passed the Lower House last week.

The National Electricity (Victoria) Amendment (VicGrid Stage 2 Reform) Bill is now expected to have its second reading in the Legislative Council on Tuesday, August 12.
