WHEN heavy rain lashes Kerang, parts of the town’s stormwater network simply can’t cope - leaving properties inundated and residents cut off.

Now, Gannawarra Shire Council is calling on locals to help shape a major overhaul of the system, with two community pop-up sessions later this month.
