RENEWABLE energy has taken a significant step forward in Kerang, with the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) approving grid connection for a large-scale solar and battery hybrid project.

The ACE (Australian Clean Energy) Project is located along the Loddon Valley Highway and Old Echuca Road, around 4-6kms south of the town.
