KERANG District Health opened an indigenous garden last week (August, 2019).
The garden, at the front of the W. D. Thomas Activity Centre on Burgoyne St, was officially opened by Barapa Barapa Elder Esther Kirby on Wednesday, with a smoking ceremony performed by Mallee District Aboriginal Services health worker Hack Webster.
