BARRISTER and author Richard Beasley is calling "bullshit" on the Murray-Darling Basin Plan.

In his new "very angry" book, Dead In The Water, Mr Beasley said negligent "maladministrators" have relied on the complex nature of water management to avoid proper scrutiny.
