GANNAWARRA Shire Council has been questioned over the transparency of their meetings, especially when it comes to dealing with conflict of interest issues.
At council's most recent meeting, shire resident Andrea Otto took aim at the governance culture within the Gannawarra Shire, raising questions in relation to minute taking and conflict of interest issues which came to light during the July meeting.
