FIRIES WORK OVERTIME

KERANG firefighters had a busy night on Sunday, with three callouts over the space of 12 hours.

At 6.30pm the brigade was called to a property in Lilac Avenue, Kerang where a stove had caught fire.

Captain Ramon Steel said an electrical fault had caused the hot plate to blow up.
