DESPITE bad weather, Heritage Day at Kerang on Saturday was a success. Organisers said there was a steady crowd throughout the day and takings were on par with previous years.

"We were very pleased with the day," Kerang Historical Society secretary Sandra Westblade said.

Residents from as far away as Pyramid Hill and Swan Hill attended the day.
