Inquiry session

A SERIES of consultation sessions in the southern basin will kick off in Swan Hill next week as part of an inquiry sparked by the Convoy to Canberra protest in December last year.

The Interim Inspector-General of Murray–Darling Basin Water Resources, Mick Keelty, has been tasked by the Federal Government with undertaking an independent inquiry into management of Murray–Darling Basin water resources, which is due to submit its report by the end of March.
