A SMALL crowd gathered at Northern District Community Health on Thursday afternoon to officially launch a Gannawarra Shire Welcome to Country video.

The video has been developed over a three year period by the Kerang Elders Group, the Gannawarra Shire Council, Mallee District Aboriginal Services and Northern District Community Health.
