A MAN who bought a plastic bag and a lollypop to go shopping with at Target Country walked out with a pair of shoes after his bank card failed to work.

Police said the man went to Target Country on Saturday afternoon (two weeks ago) and after buying a bag browsed the store, putting items including a pillow case into it.
