MOULAMEIN caravan park owners are at breaking point to the point of wanting to sell as border closures continue to decimate their livelihoods.

"As we sit here at the moment, I have a completely empty park, not one single person in," Moulamein Lakeside Caravan Park co-owner and manager Joe Peeters.
