THERE have been mixed responses from those who attended the first of the Mick Keelty consultation meetings on water sharing in Swan Hill last week.

The interim inspector-general has earned a reputation as a straight-talker who means business following the surprisingly damning assessment of the Department of Agriculture in his report into the northern basin which was released last month.
