FOR the first time in 18 years, Bill Twigg is going without his favourite luxury this year.
Due to the drought and price of temporary water, the Bears Lagoon farmer has let the majority of his man-made wetland dry up.
The three-hectare area takes about five megalitres to fill and another two megalitres a year to keep topped up.
