Students lend a helping hand

THE fire-ravaged landscapes of NSW's southeast have become a classroom for a group of Kerang agriculture students.

Thirteen VET students from Kerang Technical High School travelled to the tiny rural town of Jingellic last weekend to help put up new fences for farmers recovering from the summer's devastating bushfires.
