POLICE believe three people were involved in a series of spray-paint graffiti attacks on buildings, signs and vehicles around Kerang on Wednesday night.

A building at Kerang Technical High School (KTHS), a school bus parked in Murray Street and a van outside the police station in Albert Street were among the targets.
