GMW rates reductions won't address key problem

WHILE the 10 per cent reduction in Goulburn-Murray Water charges (Gannawarra Times, June 12) are of course welcome, if the cause of the problem facing GMW - the Murray Darling Basin Plan - is not addressed, then less and less water will be going through GMW's meters and GMW will keep on the path to bankruptcy, along with many farmers in the GMW syste...
