FIFTY people attended Cohuna District Hospital's annual general meeting last month.

Paul Lacy from Northern District Community Health gave a presentation on the service's Tactics for Tough Times program which he coordinates.

Mr Lacy encouraged attendees to look after their own wellbeing in order to be able to help others.
