KERANG'S St Joseph's Primary School continued its Shrove Tuesday tradition of making pancakes, with gold coin payments directed to Caritas Australia.

Grade 6 students pitched in to cook the pancakes, with principal Chris Mitchell joining them at the barbecue.

Pancake day is the students' main fundraiser for Caritas Australia.
