Friday the 13th was a fortunate day for Kerang hospital, with the town's Hospital Op Shop auxiliary handing over a cheque for $86,000 to Kerang District Health CEO Robert Jarman.

The cheque presentation afternoon tea is an annual event, with the amount donated increasing a little each year.
