TYRES SLASHED

POLICE are seeking information about the slashing of several sets of tyres in Fitzroy Street, Kerang last Thursday night.

Kerang Police Sergeant Tony Keely said between 11pm Thursday and 7am Friday a number of tyres were slashed on three different vehicles in the street.

BACKPACK THEFT

A WOMAN was arrested in Swan Hill last Tuesday after a backpack was stolen from a Kerang retailer earlier that day.

The 64-year-old is expected to appear in court at a later date.

LAPTOP INFORMATION SOUGHT

KERANG police are continuing to appeal for information on the theft of a laptop from Atkinson Park and are urging the public to keep an eye on their possessions.

The high-end Alienware gaming machine was left unattended on a table in the park for several minutes between 6.30pm and 7pm on Friday, October 11 after the owner ran off to attend to his dogs.

When he returned, the machine, a mouse and a laptop bag were missing.
