SO I must admit that I was caught out by daylight saving ending.

Worked early last Tuesday as always, then looking to finish at the usual time of 5pm, which would give me two hours time in lieu.

Made the usual weak comment, “Don’t care what you say, I’m taking the rest of the day off”, thinking it was five, but it was only four. Hadn’t changed the clock at work.
