MEMBER for Northern Victoria Rikkie-Lee Tyrrell wants a driver-education program in all Victorian secondary schools to help curb the horror road toll. Mrs Tyrrell said she wanted basic driver-safety skills and basic vehicle-maintenance programs made available to all students in Years 10 to 12, to better prepare them for when they get their licence.
