A POT of soup and the T20 women's cricket final drew out stories of sporting glory when Kerang resident Faye Burton got talking with her neighbour Bruce Davey on International Women's Day.

After hearing about his friend's history as a champion trap shooter, among other things, Mr Davey was moved to want to share her achievements with a wider audience.
