Most of Kerang Football Club's coaches gathered at training during the week, getting an insight into the philosophies and plans of Troy Coates who has returned to the club in a broad-ranging organisational role. Trent O'Neill, left, (under 17.5 coach), Jesse Clark (senior coach), Scott Bremner (under 12), Troy Coates (coach and development manager) and John Roberts (Reserves coach). ABSENT: Paul Grayling (development coach) and Ashley Wise (women's coach). The under 14.5 coach is yet to be appointed.
FOUR-TIME Kerang senior football premiership coach Troy Coates has returned to the Blues as 'coach and development manager'.
Since leaving the club he has coached in Darwin for a year, before a couple of seasons at Strathfieldsaye in the Bendigo Football League, guiding the side to the 2019 senior premiership as playing coach.
