IT seems it will take a bit more than a few millimetres of rain to put a dampener on the excellent fishing to be had in our local waters.

Over the long weekend, some good Murray cod were landed including an 80cm cod caught on a grub in the Wakool River at Kyalite by Scott Credlin.
