OLIVE Spitty continues to achieve golfing success, with the junior player recently claiming the US Kids Golf Australian Open at Tweed Heads in New South Wales.

Competing in the 10-11 year age category, on a shortened age-appropriate course, Spitty shot two par rounds of 72, on January 16 and 17.

She saw off nearest competitor, Aprileen Sirait of Western Australia by four shots.
