A RECENT fishing report had some good-sized Murray cod on the chew along the Murray River below Yarrawonga.

Most of the catches were big with at least one fish stretching the lie detector out to more than the 135cm mark.

What was most interesting about these catches was the fact that these big fish were mostly falling for a feed of chicken.
